Rights
Original work
The original characters, relationships, story arcs, prose, structure, and other original material created for The Monk & The Witch are my own work. Under French copyright law, an author’s work is protected from its creation, and adaptations are protected without prejudice to the rights in the original work.
AI-assisted content
Some content on this site is created with the assistance of generative AI. I direct that work through iterative prompting, selection, refinement, composition, and editing. I claim authorship and rights in the resulting works to the extent recognized by applicable law.
Fan content
The Monk & The Witch is created and shared in good faith as free, noncommercial fan content. I care both about protecting my own creative work and respecting the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast and other rights holders.
